Currently, all orders are shipped with Royal Mail, via a tracked service
We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible, though as a small business we are not quite up to Amazon speeds!

RETURN POLICY
Unused items with intact packaging (ie in a resalable condition) can be returned within 28 days for a full refund minus postage costs

Faulty items can be returned within 28 days for a full refund including postage costs. Please drop us an email to explain the problem first, as we will always do what we can to help and minimise any inconvenience to you
