If you opt in to receive marketing messages from ourselves, we'll try to keep that to a minimum of (hopefully interesting) messages- goodness knows we all get enough spam! If you haven't opted in to marketing messages, we'll only send you things directly related to transactions between us (eg receipts, shipping confirmation etc).

You might have clicked on our site through an advert. If you accepted all the cookies when you loaded up our website, this gave permission for the advert company to let us know that's how you got here (Instagram, Facebook, Google, Bing, Pinterest etc). It's really helpful for us to know this information as a small business, as this helps us know whether our limited ad money is being well spent- so thank you if you accepted our cookies! If you chose not to accept "marketing cookies", then we don't get that information- simple. The marketing cookies also give us the chance to show you an ad for our products  again if you clicked on it before. Basically, that's it from us. We don't get any more information on who you are, where you live, what you like to eat or the name of your pets. And we don't want it. We don't send those "you've left something in your basket" messages, as we find those frankly annoying. We will never contact you with marketing information by SMS, as we find that annoying too (unfortunately our webhost standard message about SMS marketing can't be altered, but we can assure you that we don't do SMS marketing). The only marketing we ever send is by email, and only if you sign up to it.
